Cody Goudeau realizes the difficulty in choosing a high school out of the hundreds available, but he has one school in mind.
“Stuyvesant High School is my first choice,” he said. “They have a lot of extracurricular activities and other things to offer.”
The specialized — and super-selective — high school is known for its rigorous math and science offerings.
The thirteen-year-old is interested in engineering, specifically designing cars. “I became interested in making cars by mostly watching movies.”
He says he attended the fair to look at other options in case he doesn’t get into his top choice. “If I don’t get into Stuyvesant, I’ll be disappointed but at least I know I tried my hardest,” he said.
